Myron's Top 5 Tips 

Start with good cuts of meat. 
Choose a good flavor profile like fruit and herbs to make it tasty and healthy. 
Use a thermometer to cook meats to appropriate temperature. 
Have fire control. Keep the temperature of your grill or smoker consistent. 
Keep the meat moist! Use a bottle sprayer.
